The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process with channel partners, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Work closely with the sales team to set and achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 – 8 years’ prior Real Estate Industry – Closing Manager experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented

Sourcing Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :
  • Identify and research potential channel partners (brokers, agents, independent developers) aligned with the company’s target audience and project portfolio.
  • Develop strategies and outreach campaigns to target identified partners, including cold calling, email marketing, and attending industry events.
  • Conduct initial meetings and presentations to educate and inform potential partners about the company’s offerings and benefits of collaboration.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, outlining roles, responsibilities, and commission structures.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes, providing partners with necessary training, marketing materials, and support on project information.
Additional Responsibility :
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and relevant real estate regulations.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential partners.
  • Develop and maintain reports on partner performance and lead generation metrics.
  • Prepare budget proposals and manage spending related to channel partner activities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of overall channel partner program strategy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, lead generation, or channel partner management
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and acquiring high-value mandates in the Pune real estate market.
  • Strong understanding of the Pune real estate landscape, current market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and a self-starter with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and real estate CRM software.
